The Escape Lite Bivvy from Adventure Medical is a lightweight emergency shelter weighing just 5.5 oz and measuring 32" x 82". Its high-visibility orange exterior makes it easy for rescue personnel to locate you in the field. The bivvy features a proprietary spunbonded olefin fabric with a metalized coating that reflects body heat while remaining breatheable—moisture can escape from inside even as the fabric blocks rain, snow, and wind. Waterproof seams and a drawstring hood closure seal out the elements completely, while a side zip lets you open it up like a traditional sleeping bag for more flexibility. You can use it as a standalone bivvy or as a liner inside another sleeping bag for added insulation and weather protection. It comes packaged in a drawstring rucksack for easy transport and storage.
